Existing Homes

In 99% of Existing Homes we can install a Central Vacuum System, so long as you have crawl space underneath or ceiling space.

You have ceiling space

We bring the pipework down inside a cupboard, pantry or wardrobe, so you don’t see the pipework. The pipe goes through the wall and the inlet is placed on the wall on the other side, into the hallway, bedroom and living areas.

The pipes are then connected up to the pipes in your ceiling, and go to where the power unit is to be located. This is usually in the garage, however if your garage is not attached to your home it can be hung in a cupboard as long as there is adequate ventilation.
